About Vasper

Our health starts at the cellular level. Blood vessels deliver oxygen and nutrients to the cells and expel toxins from the cells. The efficiency of this process is determined by the amount of physical movement. Vasper stands for 'vascular performance'.

Founded in 2009 by Peter Z. Wasowski, Vasper combines core-body cooling, compression, and electrical grounding for a revolutionary approach to fitness and performance.  This unique and 'out of the box' technology is designed to provide the user with the benefits of a two hour exercise in only a 20 minute workout session followed by a 20 minute rest with core-body cooling.

In 2009, the Vasper prototype was tested with exceptional results by more than 200 people in Honolulu, Hawaii. Vasper was further tested by the San Jose Sharks National Hockey League team confirming the outstanding benefits for enhanced performance and post-exercise recovery. In 2010, Vasper was evaluated by members of the 131st Rescue Squadron of the California Air National Guard who reported increased physical performance, higher alertness and improved quality of sleep.

Vasper currently operates at two locations, one in the heart of Silicon Valley, at NASA Ames Research Park in Mountain View, CA and the other in the PRO sport facility next to the Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Vasper users range from professional and collegiate athletes (including those at the Olympic level), United States military and Special Forces, to baby-boomers and busy professionals.

In September 2011, Vasper and NASA signed a three-year Space Act Agreement to collaboratively evaluate the potential of the Vasper technology for long-term human space flight. This rarely awarded agreement is a testimonial to the innovative and beneficial nature of the Vasper technology. Even the sky is not the limit!
